Meet Alondra, one of the leaders of Lurie College!
“Alfred A. Montapert said, ‘Your life will be no better than the plans you make and the action you take.  You are the architect and builder of your own life, fortune, and destiny.’  A higher education was not meant for me and I have had to face plenty of adversities to reach my dream of obtaining a higher education!  As an educator now, I make sure to encourage and teach my students to be activists for themselves and for their communities.”
